Executive Director of Operations

Kim is so excited to use her love of order to support the mission and vision of Tower Hill Church.  In her role, she provides operational leadership, in partnership with the Lead Pastor, to ensure the most effective ministry possible.  She has a legal background and has been involved in the governance of several local nonprofit organizations for the past ten years.  Kim loves the beach, Country music, flip flops and being a mom to her three boys.

Theresa seeks to help people discover faith in Jesus Christ and integrate it into the joys and challenges of their daily lives. She has a hunger for teaching people of all ages the word of God through Bible study. After a career in corporate life, Theresa graduated from New Brunswick Theological Seminary. She has previously served this congregation and Presbyterian congregations in Bayville and Toms River. One of 13 siblings, Theresa has a very relationship rich life, but especially enjoys chasing after her two grandsons.

Director of NextGen Team

As the NextGen Director, Lindsey oversees all the cradle to college ministries at Tower Hill. In addition, she runs Core, our high school weeknight group. Lindsey has a heart for helping kids find God and partnering with parents to implement faith practices at home. When not at Tower Hill, which she considers her home away from home, Lindsey can be found carpool karaoke’ing Star 99.1 with her two kids, drinking insane amounts of coffee, and spending time with her amazing friends. Her background in the military brings a fresh perspective to our NextGen program.

Director of Middle School

Jenn leads our middle school programs on Thursday night (Ignite) and Sunday morning (XP3).  Jenn has a degree in Elementary Education and taught Grades 2-3 until having her own children.  She has always enjoyed helping families learn more about Christ’s word and has been actively involved in kid’s ministry for more than 20 years. Jenn was once in a break-dancing club and dreams of one day owning a pet pig.

Director of Kids Klub

Amy runs our Kids Klub for 4 & 5 graders which meets Thursday evenings during the school year.  Amy grew up in Monmouth county, and spent 7 years in California with her husband, before returning to the East Coast to raise her kids. When she’s not inspiring our kids, Amy is a nurse practitioner in a primary medical office and has prior experience in cardiac surgery and orthopedics. Amy enjoys the beach, running, Pilates and spending time with her husband and 3 kids. And though she can gracefully and painlessly stab a patient with a needle, she cringes when she must have her picture taken.

Kids Ministry Director

Karin runs the Sunday morning program for Nursery – Grade 5 at Tower Hill. Her education is in Theology and Christian Education. Karin has a passion for helping kids learn early on just how much their Lord loves them. She desires for the kids to come to have a personal relationship with Jesus that will carry them through all the ups and downs of life. Karin loves chai tea, Target, New Kids On The Block, and raising her 3 kids!

NextGen Admin

Heather provides back-up support to the entire NextGen team and works with our NextGen Director to schedule our many volunteers each week. She enjoys helping teens grow in their faith, so in her free time she leads a LifeGroup at Tower Hill and has chaperoned our high school retreats. Before becoming a mom of two gorgeous ginger babies, Heather was a flight attendant for 12 years. Her love for adventure took her to “the temple of doom” in Mexico and the Dolomites of Italy, which makes juggling the calendars of our Sunday morning volunteers look easy.

Director of Communications and Guest Services

Suzanne has a passion for getting people connected in the local church, which goes well with her communications role at Tower Hill. Suzanne oversees the website, the Tower Hill App, Tower Talk (the church’s email and event newsletter), and all social media and advertising, and she works closely with our church leaders to promote our programs and mission. Suzanne also manages our guest services team, which welcomes visitors to Tower Hill every Sunday and makes sure both guests and regular attendees receive assistance as needed. When she’s not at church or posting on social media, you can usually find her at the beach or soccer fields with her husband and her two girls.

Director of Next Steps and Digital Media

Karen has two distinct roles at Tower Hill. As the Next Steps Director, Karen oversees our Small Group program to help members engage and grow in their relationship with Christ.  In addition, she manages our church’s website and helps expand our digital presence to attract both the churched and unchurched. Karen is fueled by Christ, coffee, and laughter, which helps her keep up with her husband and her two boys. She also plays a mean golf scramble.

Next Steps Coach

Ali has a passion for helping adults deepen their faith and develop NEXT STEPS in their journey with the Lord. Her background in adult learning and leadership development help her build bridges between faith and work, theory and practice. Ali is a lifelong learner and gets energy from painting with watercolor and jogging on the boardwalk.

Director of Contemporary Music

Dan enjoys leading people to praise God with music and has built up our contemporary worship band which performs at our 10:30am contemporary service.  Dan is also part of the local music scene in the greater Red Bank area. When Dan is not making music, he enjoys mountain biking and spending time with family, especially at the beach.

Director of Traditional Music

Fiona has been a professional church musician for the past 31 years, serving churches throughout the Northeast. She has a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Music both from Westminster Choir College in Princeton and has won scholarships for her work with Handbells. Fiona has performed in concert halls in the NY area and abroad as a conductor, organist, and vocalist. She is committed to eclectic sacred music and bringing people closer to God through poignant texts and beautiful sounds.

Director of Youth Choir

Lauren leads the Youth Choir at Tower Hill Church. Lauren has a background in musical theater, with years performing on stage in U.S. regional theaters and European tours. She holds a BFA in Music and Theater from Illinois Wesleyan University and teaches music and dance. A busy mom of two, Lauren loves watching her favorite football team, the Bears from her hometown of Chicago, and feels blessed to be a part of the amazing music at Tower Hill.

Director of Worship Media

Dodgie oversees the production of the contemporary services and brings music to our ears by making sure all microphones, cables and equipment work behind the scenes. In addition, he works behind the camera recording and editing video content we produce on-site. Dodgie gets on stage too and rocks the electric guitar all year long. When he is not behind a camera or thrashing, he can be found on a kayak in the middle of the bay raking up clams.

Production Manager
Marisa oversees the production details of Sunday morning worship. She helps make sure all things audio/visual move along seamlessly throughout the live service and streaming broadcast.   She’s a perfectionist when it comes to video editing and espresso drinks and you may even catch her singing in the car at the top of her lungs with her two daughters.  Marisa has been a member of Tower Hill Church for 12+ years.

Worship and Music Assistant

Sue provides administrative support for all ministry and operations teams in the church, as well as worship services, weddings, baptisms and funerals. A graduate of Westminster Choir College in Princeton, she also supports the Tower Hill Concert Series and occasionally plays with our Worship Band.
