Stephen E. Beard, Senior Pastor
Steve’s calling to ministry emerged during his undergraduate years at Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington. At Whitworth, he majored in Speech Communication with a minor in Religious studies. His seminary training was at Princeton Theological Seminary. Following seminary, Steve received his first ordained call to serve Lake Grove Presbyterian Church in Lake Oswego, Oregon. In 1998, Steve was called to the Valley Presbyterian Church in Paradise Valley, Arizona. His ministry at Tower Hill began in May of 2005.

Steve and Julie have three children, Andrew, Hannah and Hailey, who bring joy and laughter to their lives.

Charles Harris, Director of Music
Charles Harris is the Director of Music Ministries at The First Presbyterian Church at Red Bank, New Jersey, and has served in this position since 1988. He is the senior organist of the church and is responsible for the large music program, which includes seven singing choirs, six handbell choirs, a concert series, and a summer music camp for children. Prior to coming to Red Bank, he served eleven years in a similar position at the Tyler Street United Methodist Church in Dallas, Texas.

A Dallas native, Mr. Harris is a graduate of the College of Music at the University of North Texas, Denton, where he was a scholarship student. He received his Masters Degree from Westminster Choir College, Princeton, New Jersey. While at Westminster, he was a teaching assistant on the organ faculty.

Charles and his wife, Rebecca, a private piano teacher, have two sons -- Richard, an aerospace engineering major at Virginia Tech, and Louis, a civil engineering major at Auburn University.

Susan deBrigard, Director of Tower Hill School
Susan began her teaching career at Tower Hill School over 20 years ago.  It was a dream come true to return to Tower Hill School many years later as Director.  “It is a privilege to be the Director of a Ministry that enriches the lives of children and families.  It is also a blessing to work with such a talented and dedicated staff”.  Susan has dedicated her career to advocating for children and families.   Susan, her husband Tom and their children Caitlin and Ryan reside in Fair Haven.
