All children age 4 through those entering 4th grade are
invited to join us for a week of Splish-Splash Games,
Deep Bible Adventures, Undersea Crafts & Missions.
Drive-in Diner, Sing and Play Splash and Sea Star Finales!
Children entering 5th and 6th grades are invited to be
part of Mission:Possible, a week of fun, fellowship
and service that takes kids to different places in Red
Bank and beyond.
Each morning, the kids will gather for a time of fun and
music. Throughout the morning, they will move from activity
to activity; crafts, movie, games, Bible exploration, and
a snack. The morning ends with a Sea Star Finale of skits
and more songs. Children are assigned to multi-age Scuba
crews of 5-6 kids headed by a single crew leader who stays
with the kids the whole morning and participates in
activities with them; children meet and make friends with
kids of all ages!
Because our VBS continues to grow by leaps and bounds,
we'll be running two VBS's simultaneously: one for
4- and 5-year-olds, and a Super Cool
Undersea Bible Adventure for the
first through fourth graders. That allows us to keep
our groups a reasonable size so parents can be
confident their children have a safe and fun time.
As for our 5th and 6th graders, they'll be on the go!
They'll spend Monday and Friday morning at the church,
doing Bible study, cooking projects and preparing to
lead worship. On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday,
they'll be doing service projects in the morning, and
playing in the afternoon until 2:00 p.m. Last year,
activities included yardwork at HABCORE, preparing
lunch for Habitat for Humanity volunteers, miniature
golf and swimming. Limit of 15 children.
