The Angels of Christmas
'Round-the-Table Sing 2007

Spotlight Index

Start your Christmas season right with 'Round-the-Table Sing where this year's theme will be "The Angels of Christmas" on Sunday, December 2. There will be two nearly identical programs at 4:00 and 6:30 p.m. Jacque Vincent and her team will have Webster Hall decorated beautifully. The Adelphia Circle of Presbyterian Women and their helpers will have lots of cookies for everyone.

The 'Round-the-Table Singers, the Celtic Choir, Alleluia Ringers and Knox Bells will lead the music and frivolities. "Christmastime" by Michael W. Smith, "Merry Christmas Jazz", and "Nutcracker Jingles" will add to the merrymaking by our singing groups as well as the traditional "12 Days of Christmas", "Let It Snow", "Sleigh Ride", and "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas". Sacred carols will keep our focus on Jesus' birth as we sing "O Little Town of Bethlehem", "Silent Night", "Joy to the World", and others.

A visit from Santa Claus and the serving of figgy pudding will also highlight the evening. Bring your families, friends and your jingle bells (or keys!), and wear your red and green to this celebrative event that will help you kick off your Christmas season. Tickets ($3 each) are available on Sunday mornings between services in Webster Hall or in Room 203 during the week.

So, start a tradition! Save the date, buy your tickets, get your family and friends together, and come to "The Angels of Christmas".
