In Dr. Newheart's Neck-up Check-up, the children's choir is anxious to depart for an overnight trip. But, before they leave, Dr. Newheart arrives to complete a last-minute "neck-up check-up." Assisted in this "spiritual physical" by colleagues, opthalmologist, Dr. Seymour Eisenmind, audiologist, Dr. Huachu Hearasaya, speech therapist, Betty Bittersweet and sports specialist, Dr. Hedda T'skya, Dr. Newheart gives the children a biblical perspective on how God would have us use our eyes, ears, mouth, neck and mind. Through a massive dose of humor and a generous prescription of Scripture, Dr. Newheart's Neck-up Check-up will help children and adults know how to keep their mind pure and their thoughts turned to the Lord.

In the end, everyone realizes how what we watch and listen to affects what we say and how we think, and that "He will keep in perfect peace all those who trust Him, whose thoughts turn often to the Lord" Isaiah 26:3. The question we all must answer is "Whose Thoughts Turn Often to the Lord?" For when we commit our eyes, ears, mouth, mind and heart to Him we can pass Dr. Newheart's Neck-up Check-up with flying colors!
