An Advent Wreath is more than a Christmas decoration. When you take time each week to light the candles and meditate for a few minutes about the gift of Jesus Christ, you create a space for God to enter and make the Advent season more meaningful for you and your family. And this isn't a tradition just for children -- it's a special tradition for all ages and stages of life!

Come make a wreath for your home -- and share dinner with your church family -- on Sunday, November 25. We'll provide everything you need to make an Advent wreath: the wreath form, greens, candles, and candleholders. You need to provide any additional decorations (ribbons, beads, flowers, etc.) and a pair of pruning shears. Each wreath kit costs $12 and needs to be ordered in advance.

After you've made a wreath, stay to enjoy dinner with your church family. Bring a main dish, side dish or salad that can serve your household and 8 additional people, and celebrate the beginning of this holy season with good friends, good conversation, and good food!

Make your reservations and pay for your wreath kit in Webster Hall after church on Sundays in November, or contact the church at (732) 747-1348.
