Hi All,

After four great days in Los Angeles, we left at 9:30 this morning for the San Diego area. We arrived in La Jolla at 11:00 and had five hours to enjoy this fascinating town with its Point La Jolla, La Jolla Cove and beach, and dozens of stores and shops.

At 4:00 we boarded the bus for our trip over the San Diego - Coronado Bay Bridge to St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Coronado. After setting up the bells, we were treated to a wonderful lasagna supper organized by Music Director Frank Williams. Then the ringers performed beautifully to an audience of about 50 with a standing ovation at the end! After a reception for the audience to meet the performers, we were off to our home stays for the evening.

Tomorrow, we plan to go to the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park.

All are doing well and having a good time.
