Hi Parents,

Today was a more relaxed day for us. This morning, we were able to sleep later. We met in the Stavanger Square and walked to the International Beach Volleyball Tournament. Then we continued on to the Sardine Cannery Museum. We had an interesting guided tour of how sardine canning has progressed over the years. Then we held a contest to see which of us could can the most sardine cans in a minute. The winners were Lexie and Gordon. Way to go kids!

Then after lunch, some went to a beautiful beach and the rest walked around the town. After dinner, we returned to our host homes. Tomorrow, we are to depart for Bergen, which is a 5-hour trip and includes two ferry rides.

All are doing well. Some want to go to school here and live in Norway.
