Harbour Lights at the First Presbyterian Church at Red Bank is such a group open to single adults of all ages, and typically singles who attend are in their 30's to 60's. March 2008 marks the ninth anniversary since the group began providing Christian friends a safe place for fellowship and spiritual growth.

The typical monthly schedule of events includes a social event (usually on the second or third Saturday), such as dances, pot luck dinner and game nights, picnics, dining out, and movie nights; and a "Parlor Talk" discussion on a topic of interest to singles on the last Friday at 7:30 PM in the Parlor. Parlor Talks focus on such topics as life issues, personal growth, relationships, and Christian faith, and provide a great opportunity for discussion and fellowship among singles.
