First Presbyterian Church at Red Bank Red Bank, NJ The First Presbyterian Church at Red Bank ("Tower Hill") announces an exciting opportunity for a full-time Director of Music Ministries for a dynamic congregation of 1,300 active members. The successful applicant must lead and direct a unified, comprehensive and intergenerational music ministry, integrating and balancing traditional and contemporary approaches to worship. Must have vocal and choral training, experience in choral conducting, and superior keyboard ability; an advanced degree is preferred. The Director oversees a full music program including a 60-voice adult choir, children's choirs and multiple handbell choirs. The program features a 52-rank Reuter pipe organ and an extensive music library. This position requires a strong Christian commitment, demonstrated leadership and organizational skills, a creative worship style, eclectic musical interests, and the ability to work effectively with both adults and children. Salary is commensurate with experience and follows the guidelines of the Presbyterian Association of Musicians. Compensation includes paid benefits.
